Trauma, transitions, health issues and other life stressors can undermine a person’s sense of wellbeing, peace and wholeness. Keet is committed to helping people integrate these challenges into their lives and returning them to an authentic connection to themselves, to others, and a sense of purpose and growth.

Keet has worked as an integrated Counsellor with Connect Health, since it opened in 2011. She adapts her therapeutic approach to individual needs, drawing from training in Reflective Listening, Emotionally Focused and Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and more. She is also trained in Heart Math – a set of skills that address emotional and physiological regulation, leading to many positive physical and mental health outcomes.

Keet’s experience as a registered nurse, documentary filmmaker, wife, mother of three grown children, and integrative counsellor, have led to a deep appreciation for the complex interplay between life experiences, mind, body and spirit.
