Haely is passionate about food and the impact it has on overall health. A former fitness instructor and competitive swimmer, she first began to research foods in order to optimize her own health and performance. Frustrated by conflicting information, she began to study nutrition in order to better understand it and to help others. She has a Masters of Nutritional Health and Education, and is also a trained public speaker and workshop facilitator.

She offers a compassionate approach, realizing that no one strives to lead an unhealthy life, but circumstances can often lead people in that direction. She seeks to understand each individual’s needs to develop a plan; one that involves introducing nutritious foods to a diet rather than eliminating those that aren’t.

She specializes in strategies to benefit digestion, women’s health, cancer, cognitive functioning and weight stabilization.

Haely has two active daughters and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, yoga, swimming, cycling, skiing, tennis and reading.
