Designed for those who have specific health concerns or are interested in discovering ways to improve their diet.
Includes a comprehensive review of nutritional health, current diet, lifestyle, health concerns and symptoms and formulation of goals/objectives.
Following the initial consultation, the nutritionist will provide an individualized plan detailing dietary, lifestyle and supplementation recommendations. Taking a phased approach to healing, the plan focuses on primary health concerns and goals to be addressed in follow-up visits. It also includes one meal plan and corresponding recipes.
