In today’s fast-paced world, we’re surrounded by processed, chemical-ridden foods that put convenience before nutrition. We believe that even in the busiest of lives, eating well isn’t simply possible – it’s crucial.

A key component of integrative care, holistic nutrition uses whole, natural foods, supplements and lifestyle recommendations to heal the body and mind. Connect Health nutritionists are passionate about food and its capacity to restore vitality, balance and wellness by engaging the body’s natural healing systems.

Working with a team of integrative practitioners (including integrative physicians, TCM doctors, naturopath, osteopath and others), our nutritionists take a realistic, respectful approach to developing plans that carefully consider your current circumstances and health goals. These individually tailored plans include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, shopping lists, recipes and meal plans.

Conditions and concerns we commonly address:

  • Food allergies
  • Hormone imbalances
  • Inflammation
  • Low energy/vitality
  • Metabolic Syndrome (Type II diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and obesity)
  • Preparing for/healing from major medical events
  • Symptoms of chronic disease or illness
  • Type II diabetes
  • Weight concerns
